Preparation Instructions: 1. Mixing the Media with Semen:

• Gradually add pre-warmed chill media to the semen sample one drop at a time, mixing gently to avoid damage to sperm cells.

2. Mix Ratio:

• Highly Concentrated Sample: 3 parts media to 1 part semen.
• Average Concentrated Sample: 1–2 parts media to 1 part semen.
• Low Concentrated Sample: 1 part media to 1 part semen.

3. Egg Yolk Addition (Optional):

Storage Guidelines:

1.  Without Egg Yolk
